Gold Medal Environmental

When multiple businesses are owned by one company, it can be difficult to strike the balance between showcasing the difference of all entities while still making it clear they are part of the same organization. This is what led Gold Medal Environmental to Robert Sharp & Associates. Based out of Cape May, New Jersey, Gold Medal Environmental provides superior waste management services through the Mid-Atlantic region. After adding multiple smaller waste management entities to their corporation, they needed to revamp their web presence to accommodate for the unique needs and wants of each entities target audiences, while still providing cohesive visual elements throughout each of the six websites.

RSA’s web development team went to work to create six unique websites tailored to the various conversion funnels that represent each entities target demographics. After learning about current customer frustrations and talking to the general managers of each entity, the content writers at RSA developed a new conversion funnel for each website to provide ease-of-use and the optimal customer experience. RSA came up with a site design that would not only improve usability for current customers, but also provide the most attractive layout, content flow, and asset placement to attract new business. By implementing a similar color scheme and homepage layout through each of the six websites, we showcased their unique differences, but also how they work together. In addition, the programmers at RSA developed a multi-site admin login so that each of the six websites can be accessed and edited in one convenient location.  Key elements of this project included top-to-bottom content rejuvenation, layout improvements; optimal ease of use, design attributes to appeal to the various needs of customers, asset rejuvenation, the development of a multi-site admin, and more.
